West Bend Community Memorial Library is seeking an experienced, visionary leader to serve as Deputy Director. This role supports the Director in overseeing all library operations, services, personnel, strategic planning, and community engagement. You’ll supervise six team members, help manage budgets, lead special projects, and represent the library at community and professional events.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at the circulation desk, including checking materials in and out, issuing library cards, and answering patron questions.
- Assist patrons with library technology such as computers, printers, and e-resources
- Maintain accurate records and handle routine transactions with attention to detail
- Help keep the library organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
- Collaborate with staff on special projects and library events as needed

Weyenberg Library of Mequon-Thiensville (WI) seeks a detail-oriented individual to join our Library team in a new position that supports library administration, including accounts payable, cash handling and deposits; and employee onboarding, payroll and benefits; records management, correspondence, and Weyenberg Public Library Foundation support.
This year-round position is 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule and may include some evening and weekend hours. The successful applicant will need to be reliable in meeting his/her schedule, detail oriented, and be able to work independently.
