Waupun Public Library – Full-time

The City of Waupun is seeking an experienced, community-focused leader to serve as its next Library Director. This position reports to the Library Board of Trustees and is responsible for the overall administration and strategic direction of the public library, including staff leadership, budgeting, collections, programming, facilities, and technology. The Director serves as the primary liaison between the Library Board, City leadership, and the community, ensuring high-quality library services aligned with community needs and Wisconsin library standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master of Library and Information Sciences.
- Certification: Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, Wisconsin Grade 1 Public Librarian Certification.
- Experience: Minimum of three years in library management or a related field, including supervisory and budgeting experience.

Salary: Starting salary range: $79,000 – $88,000, depending on qualifications
