Get a Library Card

Library Cards are Free! Stop in at Your Local Library to Get Your Card.

Anyone living in Dodge, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, or Washington county can get a library card that can be used at all Monarch libraries. Registration may be a little different at some of our libraries, so call ahead for details or grab a photo ID and something containing your current address (lease, mail, checkbook, etc.) before you go. If your Driver’s License has your current address, that is all you need! If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian will need to be present to sign the registration form and provide their photo ID.

Go Digital! Sign Up for a Library Card Online to Get Immediate Digital Access to Your Library.

No waiting necessary. Go to www.getyourlibrarycard.org to sign up for a digital library card. A couple of clicks will take you to our online registration page in Monarch Catalog. Once complete, you can use your new digital card right away. Read e-books, listen to audiobooks, browse through digital magazines, learn a second language, and more! Your new digital library card is temporary so be sure to stop in at the library at your earliest convenience to switch to your physical library card.
